Understanding the Structure of Discipleon Training

Our training curriculum is structured into three clear levels, reflecting Jesus' model of discipleship: Be with me → Become like me → Do what I do.

Level 1: Become a Disciple

Goal: Follow Jesus closely to allow heaven to shape your life.

• Week 1: Salvation & Identity - Discover who you are in Christ (Colossians 1:13).
• Week 2: Abide Daily - Establish habits of word, prayer, and obedience (John 15).
• Week 3: Holiness Lifestyle - Identify areas of surrender (Hebrews 12:14; 1 Peter 1:15).
• Week 4: Spirit-filled Living - Practice one spiritual gift to bless someone (Acts 1:8).

Graduation: Baptism and commitment to disciple at least one person.

Level 2: Make a Disciple

Goal: Help someone grow from an unbeliever to a disciple who obeys Jesus.

• Week 5: The Gospel You Can Share - Learn to share the gospel effectively.
• Week 6: Follow-up & Baptism - Guide your disciple into community.
• Week 7: Teach to Obey - Focus on obedience, not just knowledge.
• Week 8: Heal, Deliver, Give - Pray for the sick with your disciple present.

Graduation: Your disciple gets baptized and begins to disciple others.

Level 3: Multiply Discipleon

Goal: Start new groups and mentor other disciple-makers.

• Week 9: Houses of Peace - Identify those open to the gospel.
• Week 10: Lead Discovery Groups - Facilitate discussions rather than preach.
• Week 11: Hard Ground & Persecution - Understanding challenges in faith (Matthew 10).
• Week 12: Legacy & Heaven - Commission others to continue the work.

Graduation: Become a coach overseeing multiple disciple-makers.
